Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga

Through yoga we can experiment with breathing, moving, strengthening, stretching, and resting to help develop a sense of autonomy, control and connection, and to safely experience a "felt sense" of your body. No experience is necessary, this practice is easily accessible for all abilities, all shapes, sizes and levels of flexibility. The focus is on choice, sensation, and a shared authentic experience.  Classes are limited to 8 women, and are held Monday evenings. Call or text 585.507.7588 for schedule updates.
