Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga for Women 18 and up: Through yoga we can experiment with breathing, moving, strengthening, stretching, and resting to help develop a sense of autonomy, control and connection, and to safely experience a "felt sense" of your body. No experience is necessary, this practice is easily accessible for all abilities, all shapes, sizes and levels of flexibility. Divorce and Family Mediation:  Divorce does not have to be war. In mediation, the focus is on the preservation of the family and assisting couples in creating new strategies as they transition their relationship and work toward a sound and workable co-parenting arrangement. Through mediation, couples address, negotiate and reach agreements on all the issues involved in a separation or divorce. This includes child custody, child support, a post separation parenting plan, spousal support, and division of assets and liabilities. Once the mediation is completed, an Agreement is crafted to meet the needs of each individual. Mediation provides for a more collaborative, less combative means of ending a marriage and maintaining positive relationships as each begins life anew.
