We will begin and end with a guided meditation, use breath to promote calm, and stretch and strengthen to help you feel good again. Perfect for beginners as well as those ready to take a deep breath and slow down for an hour. Yoga mats and props available for your use. Comfortable dress, an open mind and water for hydration are all you need to get started.
